Our partners at DPD have informed us that deliveries have been impacted by the weather, the South/South-East of the UK being particularly badly affected. We are advising our customers to expect a 24 to 48 hour delay during this time.
Through our partnership with DPD, we are doing everything possible to ensure minimal disruption and we will update you as the situation develops and hopefully improves.
All scheduled collections will take place as normal and DPD will continue to advise you of any delay to you parcel delivery through its tracking service but if you have any concerns or queries about your order then please do get in touch.
