What we Are Doing to Fight Covid

The health, safety and well-being of all our colleagues is crucial to us and will always be a top priority. We have put in place new measures to ensure the safety of our colleagues taking orders in our customer service team, packing orders in our warehouse and tailoring orders in our production team.

We are reviewing the latest government and medical advice and are updating our procedures on a daily basis. We regularly communicate to everyone working across the business, so they understand the new rules for safe working. These include ensuring that employees are working at least two metres apart from each other, compulsory wearing of masks, priority access to in-house Covid testing, and regular sanitisation of work areas. We are incredibly grateful to our committed staff who are continuing to support our customers and communities through their work.

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new warehouse which means we are well placed to handle pandemics with greater stock holding. The extra office space also means that we are able to socially distance and keep our colleagues safe. In this way, we can maintain our staff levels and continue to provide a comprehensive service to our valuable customers.
