Customer Service Advisor

Protective Wear Supplies Limited of Dark Lake View, Estover, Plymouth, PL6 7TL is a fast growing, agile, customer-focused workwear provider in the UK market, servicing thousands of clients throughout the United Kingdom.

We are currently recruiting for a high performing and experienced Customer Service Advisor on a full-time basis to join the growing team in Plymouth.

Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, (1/2 hour unpaid meal break). We can be flexible on the start/ finish time providing that it is within our core hours of 8am to 4:30pm, and Monday-Friday.The role and responsibilities, and the person:

The successful candidate will be:

· Passionate about customer care, customer relationship building, and delivering excellent customer service with the ability to build effective rapport with customers.

· Focused on success and great team-work. You will also be driven to grow, attain and continuously improve our processes and standards.

· Providing exceptional service to new & existing customers by answering the phone, replying to emails and using web order software.

· Using excellent service skills to ensure that every customer is treated in a refreshingly straightforward way.

· Achieving team related and personal KPI’s which will be hit consistently.

In this role:

· No two calls are the same and your responsibilities will range from managing customer queries to taking a payment, or simply explaining in more detail to customers about our products.

· The role can be challenging, with a high level of accuracy required for processing orders, and extensive product knowledge which will be gained through training and experience.

Ø Excellent IT skills, and a quick learner with our bespoke internal programme, and using a CRM system to log all incoming calls.

Pay Rate: £10.66/ hour rising to £11.11/ hour on successful completion of probation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,172 PA rising to £23,108 PA on successful completion of probation
