Welcome to the first PWS newsletter of 2026! We’ve kicked off the year with some exciting events such as a company wide town hall, Turning Heads donation and teasers for upcoming products and events.
PWS Town Hall
We kicked off 2026 by welcoming the team back with a Town Hall meeting, taking time to reflect on the successes of 2025 and everything we achieved together over the past year.
The day included some fun team-building exercises, including the classic spaghetti and marshmallow challenge, which brought out plenty of creativity, collaboration and laughs.
Following this, our teams shared their thoughts on what they would like to start, stop and keep as we move in 2026, sparking great conversations, fresh ideas and a clear focus for the year ahead.
Community Engagement
We recently had the pleasure of attending an inspiring session at Discovery College, organised by YMCA Plymouth, Discovery College and CTSW Skills Ltd.
Our Marketing and Events Coordinator shared her experience from the day:
“It was a privilege to spend the morning with such an inspiring group of young people. It was such a meaningful session and I left feeling just as inspired as the students.”

A Donation To Turning Heads
Our team had the pleasure of visiting Turning Heads, a community interest company with a clear mission: to improve opportunities and create meaningful employment options for adults with additional needs.
We dropped off a donation of coats, jumpers and hi-vis so that they were ready for their ‘Clean Up – Catch Up!’ initiative. A massive thank you to the Turning Heads team for the warm welcome and the vital work they do every day.
