Our tried and tested logistical systems provide a prompt nationwide delivery service from our warehouse and office complex in Plymouth, in the South-West of England. We have over 45+ years of experience in picking, packing and dispatch systems, ensuring that our customers receive a market-leading delivery

PWS have a fully integrated delivery partner in DPD, with our systems fully integrated to ensure that all orders placed through our online portal will automatically be assigned to DPD’s Predict communication service. This service offers customers full control of their parcel with 1 hour delivery slot choices. DPD will inform you in advance when and at what time the parcel will be delivered, with the option to change the delivery up to the last moment giving you complete flexibility to manage your delivery.

Orders Under £100 Delivery £20.00 + VAT

Orders Above £100 Delivery FREE service.

Our delivery services are on a next working day basis to mainland UK using a national overnight carrier provider. This service excludes orders less than £50 for safety signs and finished products, and deliveries to Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and other islands.

Our order cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3:00 pm for all non-finished goods.

Returns Policy

This returns policy covers returning and replacing items that are the incorrect size, faulty or missing:

To fall under PWS’s returns policy, the items you are returning must conform to all of the below conditions:

1. The items are ordinarily held in stock by PWS.

2. The items are returned within 21 days.

3. The items are unused, in their original packaging.

4. The items are accompanied by the relevant returns number.

No refund will be due to you for items that are returned but that fall outside of the above conditions. Any returned items that do not meet the above conditions will be subject to a restocking charge if PWS deem the item resalable. If the returned items are not deemed resalable, they will be disposed of safely and sustainably with any cost incurred in disposal of said items passed to yourself.

Where it is not the fault of PWS (e.g. Correct size sent but doesn’t fit) a handling & carriage fee of £9.95 will be charged or deducted from your credit account.

PWS will quality check the return to ensure it has not been damaged, then process your return within 3 days and update you via email.

Where a return has occurred for just an exchange of size (identical product) or is a return due to an error made by PWS, a new order will be raised on your behalf once the return has been receive

Faulty Goods Process

Any item that is deemed to be faulty, must be returned to PWS in a clean & presentable condition to enable a fair observation of the item.

We will photograph the item upon arrival with us to record its condition and we will then assess whether the item is faulty or whether issues are as a result of improper use.

If the item value is under £25, and we deem them to be faulty we will issue FOC replacements.

Where the value is above this, we will arrange a return and any relevant credits or replacements will follow once we determine that the items are faulty or not.

Missing Shipments, Parcels or Delivery of Damaged Good

All queries regarding non-delivery, shortages, incorrectly customised or damaged goods must be raised as soon as practicably possible to PWS and additionally submitted in writing (within 14 days of delivery) or a claim or free of charge replacement will not be possible.

Damaged items must be returned to PWS before any refund or exchange can be given.

Delivery of Incorrect Order

From time to time, PWS may substitute a ‘like for like’ product if, for any reason, an item you have ordered has become unavailable since you placed your order. PWS will make every effort to inform you of these amendments but if you believe that any delivery, in whole or part, is incomparable to the items you have ordered then please contact PWS as soon as is practicably possible, within 14 days of delivery.

All rejected items must be returned to PWS before any refund or exchange can be given.
