PWS 50th Anniversary
PWS is proud to be celebrating 50 years of protecting and empowering people at work. To mark this incredible milestone, our team came together at the warehouse for a special celebration. The event was filled with balloons, cakes, and a fantastic atmosphere as colleagues took the chance to connect and reflect on how far we have come.
Managing Director Ralph Burtenshaw delivered a heartfelt speech, recognising the hard work and dedication of the PWS team and the support of our customers and partners over the years. His words captured the pride we all feel in reaching this milestone and the excitement for the future.
As a token of appreciation, every member of staff was gifted a brand-new high-vis jacket and a PWS goodie bag. It was a fitting way to celebrate 50 years of safety, innovation, and teamwork, and we look forward to the next chapter in the PWS story.
PWS Charity Abseil
The PWS team was proud to take part in the Plymouth Hospitals Charity Derriford Abseil, raising vital funds to support patient care and services. Taking on the challenge with enthusiasm and team spirit, our colleagues showed real courage as they abseiled to make a difference.
Thanks to generous donations and incredible support, PWS raised an amazing £1,935, making us the top-performing team in the event. We are delighted to have contributed to such a worthwhile cause and would like to thank everyone who supported us along the way.
Together, we are not only protecting and empowering people at work, but also giving back to our community where it matters most.

PWS was proud to take part in the EEM Materials Supply Showcase in Derby, highlighting our latest innovations in protective clothing and workplace safety solutions. Visitors had the opportunity to explore our full range of products, learn about our commitment to safety and empowerment, and speak directly with our knowledgeable team. The showcase was a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry professionals, demonstrate our expertise, and reinforce PWS’s position as a trusted partner in workplace protection.
