Q) How do I receive a discount?
A) There is no mechanism to set discounts online although we may be able to set up an online trade account, dependent upon our terms and conditions, contact our customer services team.

Q) Can I set up an online trade account?
A) You can apply to set up an online trade account, dependent upon our terms and conditions. If successful you will be allocated a dedicated myweb trade login portal for your own company. Trade customers will be given either an option to pay as they go or receive credit. To apply Trade customers need to contact our customer services team.

Q) What if I already have a trade account, what do I do?
A) Trade account customers can ask to be set up for an online trade account so that they can order online from their own myweb portal, again terms and conditions apply.

Q) If I normally phone my order through, will I still be able to collect?
A) Yes, although there are cut off times, please see above.

Q) What if I order the same items each month, can I easily repeat my order?
A) Retail Customers. Yes. In your My Account area online is a Repeat Orders function when you locate your previous order/s. You will have the opportunity to remove, add and amend quantities before reaching the checkout stages.
A) Trade Customers. Yes. In your myweb online trade account there is an Order History tab, in there you will be able to reorder.

Q) When I am in the area I normally pop in to pick something up. Will I still be able to do this?
A) Customers will need to order online in advance as there will be no dedicated personnel at the counter that can serve them.

Q) What if I want to try an item on to make sure it fits before I purchase?
A) An appointment should be made with our customer services team.

Q) What if I have difficulty ordering online and get stuck in the process, can I phone and get help?
A) Yes as long as customer is a trade myweb user or has registered on our retail website. Please contact customer services.

Q) Is there a "step by step" guide to ordering online on both retail and trade website?
A) Yes there is! Here it is!

Q)I have been set up for a trade account and have forgotten/lost my login details?
A) Please contact customer services.

Q) I want to return an item.
A) Retail Customers. Item for return can be requested via the my account area online and is subject to our terms and conditions. Simply locate your order and submit a request for return. Once request has been approved and a return reference number has been issued, items should be returned to the trade counter and placed in the returns section or sent in the post to our address marked for the attention of the Returns department.
