If you are a Telemarketer or have had previous experience in a B2B sales/customer service role, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team.
If successful, you will play a crucial role within our Sales department, generating leads, closing sales and promoting our range of protective wear products to new and existing clients.

Your typical day will look like:
Making outbound calls/emails to potential and existing customers to promote our products.
Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Providing detailed information about our product offerings and answer customer queries.
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Following up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and objectives.
Handling objections professionally and booking progress meetings.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Participating in training sessions and team meetings as required.
You will have:
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
The ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
Proficiency in using MS Excel, CRM software and other sales tools.
You will be:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable making cold calls and enjoy talking to new people all day.
A team player with the determination to hit their individual and team targets.
Confident.
A problem solver.
An excellent communicator.
Keen to learn.
Highly organised with an eye for detail.
