If you are a friendly, organised, and professional individual who has worked as a Receptionist, or have a wealth of experience answering customer queries within a front of house environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team.
If successful, you will play a key role within our Customer Experience Team, ensuring all visitors and customers receive a warm and positive experience.
This role offers flexibility and can be full-time or job-shared, catering to the right candidate(s).

Your typical day will look like:
Greeting customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls to relevant departments.
Responding to digital online support enquiries.
Managing meeting room bookings.
Processing incoming orders.
Communicating with clients, colleagues, and the wider business face-to-face, through email and telephone.
Day to day administrative duties.
You will have:
- Proven work experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficient computer skills.
You will be:
- Confident.
- Positive.
- A team player.
- A problem solver with a strong eye for detail.
- A great verbal and written communicator.
- Keen to learn.
- Highly organised with good timekeeping skills.
- A multi-tasker, even in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable and committed.

- Professional in both attitude and appearance.
We are particularly keen to hear from those with experience working in hospitality environments, such as Hotel Reception, Front of House, or Customer Service Desk.
