Competition Details
By completing the PWS ‘How Did We Do?’ and ‘Customer Feedback’ surveys, you will be in with a chance of winning a £50 Amazon voucher. Entrants will be entered into a draw for surveys they complete in 2024, which will take place in the first week of each month, from 1st February 2024 until Friday 3rd January 2025, for every completed survey submitted in the previous month. The winners will be contacted via email by the 15th of the following month of entry. The terms & conditions for the PWS survey competitions, running throughout 2024, are detailed below.
Competition Terms and Conditions
A prize competition (“the Competition”) will be held by Protective Wear Supplies Ltd, (10 Darklake View, Estover, Plymouth PL6 7TL), (“we”, “us” or “our”) as more particularly described in the competition details (“Competition Details”). The Competition is to win the prize described in the Competition Details (“the Prize”). By entering the Competition, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:
1. Entering your details and submitting an online survey detailed in the Competition Details will automatically enter you in the Competition.
2. The Competition is open to all UK residents over 18 who are are owners, shareholders, contractors or employees of companies we are contracted to supply. Exceptions to this are if any of the aforementioned are also our employees or their family members. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per delivery received from PWS. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
3. You can enter the Competition during the dates stated in the Competition Details. Entries received after this will not be eligible for the Prize.
4. Only entries with complete contact details as requested in the survey will be entered into the Competition.
5. Winners will be selected at random as set out in the Competition Details.
6. The winners will be notified by email. Any winners who have not replied to the winning email notification within 15 days of PWS sending the first email notification will have their Prize forfeited. We will share the competition winners initials with a link to the random winner generator website via our company LinkedIn page each month.
7. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our discretion, exclude you from participating in the Competition. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Competition, or these terms and conditions, at any time.
8. The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any claims or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Unless stated otherwise in the Competition Details, the Prize cannot be substituted and the Prize cannot be transferred to a third party.

We will only use the information you provide to us in entering this competition for the purposes of administering this Competition and to carry out data analysis for the Surveys. For more information about how we will use the information you provide to us, please see our Privacy Policy.
If you are one of the winners of the Competition, we will use your initials to announce you as a winner and will make this information available on this website and PWS social media channels in line with the Terms and Conditions and our responsibilities under UK marketing rules.
